Key improvements and new features in AutoCAD 2026.
Smart Blocks:
The Smart Blocks: Find and Convert feature has received significant improvements, allowing you to automatically find and convert not only geometric objects into blocks, but also text elements and existing blocks.
Improved search and conversion:
The new version simplifies the process of searching and converting objects into blocks. Now you can do this through the ribbon, view the results in a special mode and manage the process through the toolbar.
New variables:
New variables have been introduced such as TEXTTOATTRIBUTE to control text searching and BSEARCHINCLUDEEXISTINGBLOCKS to control the inclusion of existing blocks in the conversion process.
Enhanced Productivity:
Autodesk AutoCAD 2026, like previous versions, strives to streamline your workflow and improve productivity through specialized tools and features.
