❓ Help Badly need help Smartbro Home WiFi

For context, naka bili ako online nang Smartbro home wifi yung customised kasi may band locking at option to change IMEI. Na factory reset ko yung modem kasi di ko na check na down pala kanina yung smart, akala ko dahil sa modem.
Ngayon after factory reset, palagi nalang nag re-red light yung data indicator nya at walang signal bar. Pagka check ko naman sa gateway, nag la-lag sha everytime may ina-access ako na feature/setting tapos sabay display nang website ng"Page Unresponsive" and as what I observed, unchecked lahat yung listed bands.

Please help. Ito yung main source of Internet connectivity namin dito sa bahay especially for education. Salamat sa makakatulong.

Ps. I already tried resetting the modem multiple times. I also did power unplug/plug, power button on/off.

Okay lang po haha. Nag si-switch ako ng bands if ganyan na ka bagal at so far may improvement naman kahit papano 😅. Yung problema ko lang is yung modem mismo. Na try ko na salpakin yung sim sa phone ko and so far working naman.
