I recently bought this phone and upon using, mabagal yung internet nya kahit naka 4G/4G+. Pag nilipat ko naman yung sim ko sa isa kong phone (Infinix Note 12 G96), mas mabilis yung net. I tried all fixes na alam ko pero ganun parin. Any reason bakit ganto yung phone? May need ba kong imodify para maging mabilis din yung net kagaya sa Infinix ko? Thanks!

Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow internet speed on your Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G even though it's on 4G/4G+. It's frustrating when your phone doesn't perform as expected, especially when compared to another device on the same network. Here are some reasons why you might be encountering slow internet speed on your Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G:

1. Network Coverage: Different phones may have different antenna designs that can affect how well they receive signals. It's possible that the Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G has weaker reception compared to your Infinix Note 12 G96 in your area, resulting in slower internet speeds.

2. Network Band Support: Some phones support a wider range of network bands than others. If the Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G doesn't support the specific bands used by your network provider in your area, it could lead to slower speeds.

3. Software or Firmware Issues: Sometimes, software or firmware bugs can cause slow internet speeds. Make sure your Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G is running the latest software update to see if any improvements have been made in terms of connectivity.

4. Network Settings: Check if there are any specific network settings on your Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G that need to be adjusted for optimal performance. You can contact your network provider for guidance on recommended settings.

5. SIM Card Slot: Ensure that the SIM card slot on your Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G is clean and properly inserted. A loose connection can lead to poor signal reception.

Before modifying any settings on your phone, I recommend contacting your network provider for assistance. They may be able to provide specific settings or troubleshooting steps tailored to your device and network. If the issue persists, you could also consider visiting a service center to have your phone checked for any hardware-related issues impacting its connectivity.
