PHTeresa (Claudia Gerini), a retired intelligence agent, is devastated by the sudden death of her son, Ciro Mosella (Giacomo Giorgio). Revisiting her past nightmares, she discovers clues about Ciro’s suspicious death. Teresa returns to Rome and teams up with Sara (Teresa Saponangelo), an old friend, and Maximiliano (Carmine Recanno), a former colleague. They uncover a web of corruption linked to the mysterious businessman Taralo (Antonio Gerardi), and the politician Corrado Lembo (Massimo Popolizio).The Inspector (Zappia Rosario) and the Chinese police (Yon C. Joyce) are involved in the investigation. Viola (Chiara Celluto), a journalist, and Pardo (Flavio Forno), a spy, provide clues. Teresa faces old enemies and new dangers, while Ciro’s past, including his connections to the underworld, is revealed. She must balance revenge with knowing her son’s true nature. The story ends with a climax of action and a message about truth.
