❓ Help Smart 5g Max Turbo Wifi

Ang gawin nyo po after purchase take a clear copy/picture of the Receipt kasi magfafade yan thermal paper na ginamit.
Timeskip after 2 years go to a Smart satallite store (like sa SM or Robinsons) then make sure you're well-dressed (increases chance of success) and then request for unlocking of the device as per NTC Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 01-05-2019 and if yung service representative is hindi informed or denies it, you should cite the law either read its excerpt (yes download mo yung PDF then open mo sa tablet). Be sure to also have printed copies of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase, recommend ko sa SM binili, wag yung binili lang sa reseller or "Scalper" na tinatawag! di yun mauunlock.

They/Smart store should consider it otherwise raise concern to the manager also "provide valid reason" will be asked sometimes just say walang 5G or signal sa location mo (kahit na meron just insist). Boom, you now have unlocked H153/H155 have fun!
You can also contact uxteam@smart.com.ph or via messenger beforehand for the unlocking and insist or state the law when necessary. If they didn't comply with the law, report to consumer@ntc.gov.ph, or call their hotline while in the smart satellite store.

may napanood kasi ako sa yt master.. diba may 15days ba yun na unli data ..pag ka ubus daw nun ..dun na daw nag simula humina yung device nila.. di na nag 5g daw.. totoo ba yun?

not sure siguro guniguni lang iyon. pwede namana po mag login sa "developer options" sa settings/advanced ata, then lock to NR/5G
if may issue call sa *888 then press 5 tapos escalate mo yung SIM ng wifi mo sabihin na bumagal if ever bumagal nga nagkaroon lang ng SIM misalignment.

if properly aligned ang modem at sim mo kahit -1 or 0dB SINR makakareach ka ng 15-20mbps, iba kasi ang alignment ng PLDT/bro sims

kung gusto mo na walang aberya, unlifam 1300 na ireg mo. sa band locking naman, if same yan ng h153 ni pldc, nasa settings lang yun sa may ibaba. just look for the advanced settings then re log in.

boss tanong lang kung ano yung username at password sa developer options?
