Step1: dial *888 or 028881111 using smart sim only (para free of charge)
Step2: Complain, indicate the issue, sites di maaccess and then speed limit
Step3: Complain on promo discrimination (other 5G promos have no limit etc.)
Step4: Ask if ticket can be made for follow up
If they asked/confirm your EXACT location/address then its confirmed na they will make you a ticket
Then once may active ticket na din, in 24 hours etc. you should call again and issue a refund complaining that the promo is not the same as it used to, at masmabagal pa sya. other valid reason, if si unlifam lang ang true unli then it leaves phone users no choice but to bring the router wherever they go? or say that you will instead avail alldata/magic promos instead of the active one or switch to another provider with MNP
Compensation/refund may be deducted pero it's about sending the message. Also include final note na "lilipat na kami after all these years".

Masyadong unhinged na ginawa nila is binudol lahat ng regular mag unlidata na users after the constant price increase😡.
This calls for mass refunds.

Dear Chief of Consumer Welfare Protection Division,

Smart/TNT unli data subscribers are experiencing unfair practices that violate consumer rights. Please be informed that there were no indications in the terms of use of the promo or in the website's FAQs regarding any specific speed limit in place (as of the time the promo was availed). Had I and other subscribers known that there were active speed limits secretly imposed beforehand, we would not have availed ourselves of the promo, which offers speeds of only 3 Mbps (or 375 kilobytes per second) that do not meet today’s standards for modern mobile web browsing.

Kipit balikat lang nila yn.. wla rin namang ngyari dun sa dati na unli 250 for 1 month na throttle ang speed.. lalo lang tumaas price..
 
Dahil company nila nag kampeon kaya sa customer kinukuha pang bonus at pambayad sa import nila na mahala hahaha
