Timor-Leste is rejoicing after taking one step closer to joining the Southeast Asian regional bloc, after a unanimous declaration of support by member states at the 46th ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur. “Today marks the fulfilment of all requirements for full ASEAN membership.
