Automatically sets security lock on inactive accounts

This helps prevent accounts that have had their passwords compromised from being used for fraudulent purposes.
If the member has not logged in within 1 year, their account will be put into security lock status.

If a member is on security lock, what does he have to do to log in?
Answer:
The user will be asked to go to the email sent and click the password change process.
The user will need to use a new password; they cannot use the existing password.
