helloo poo may prob po sa wifi kasi nawala yung connection tapos may lumalabas na

"Network connection interrupted. Check the upstream connection or contact your ISP to resolve the problem"

Tried to contact their customer support sabi nila mag wait lang ako ng agent daw pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din.

Ano po kaya nangyari kaya nagkaganito? wala namang nagtext sakin na surf to sawa na may network prob sa area namin..
