magaling si kaufman, mali yung argument nila last time eh, pinag voluntary resign ba naman yung judges

ngayon they have the correct argument which is to disqualify na talaga yung judges lalo na't vice president pala yung isa which adds more grounds to the existing fact that the judges ruled already on the previous jurisdiction challenge

the easiest way to win is to attack the judges ika nga

Article 41 of the Rome Statute:
