Campaign Posters

Campaign posters can reach the farthest and most remote places but basic health care and services can’t seem to do the same. Something is really wrong.

financial protection yan that makes sure na meron kang steady access sa health care providers
But is it DIRECTLY CONTROLLED by DOH?

used to be but ipinasa na ni DOH sa insurance Commission (IC) since more on financing naman talaga ang role ng insurance providers kesa mag provide ng health care mismo

schools, lgu, education insurance providers also have roles in education, but it still doesn't changed the fact na buong education system is controlled by national agencies, yung point naman diyan is DepED/CHEd/TESDA is the boss over lgu, schools education initiatives

if you can re-call recently gusto ni Trump i-dissolve ang DepED ng USA to authorize the states to have their own differing education systems

The Local Government Code in 1991 mandated that many of the functions of a health center previously handled by the national Department of Health (DOH) be devolved to LGUs.

it is because centralized masyado ang health care, need talaga federalism to empower the regions outside NCR, yang posters na yan are just local candidates and if they are empowered to access health care funds without interference from national level then problem solved

ahaha federalism is just a description of decentralizing powers boss, no need evidence since yun mismo ang label ng decentralization of powers haha
