local sources, need ko lang po malaman if maging consistent yun cron job sa updating ng epg

- from Blast TV
- from Cignal Play
- from Sky Cable
- from Click the City

Modified po yun tvg-id to be used para mas madali mag map ng channels
Need ko po sana ng feedback sa mga makakagamit
