*8889 or find Smart or TNT customers service on messenger, my 2 personal simcard get block by using VPN[I know is my fault] but they will restore your signal in few hour's, they know exactly what I was doing and they just say "whatever service you use, please don't use it anymore" I not even mentioned VPNHow ? can you teach us how to do that ?

yeah so sad, we have many block unregister simcards from previous unreg no load, also new no load reg got us block, thanks God the customer service fixed both of them, we still waiting for new sts no load methodIt's too bad about blocking the unreg sim, I used it for a while but it's gone now hahaha

they say will enhance the network back again and they give a email I think was smartfm@smart.com.ph where need to send pictures [ID,Selfie with ID & Simcard] all that attached to a case number they assign you so you can follow up in case not restored, both simcards took around 48-72 hours to work completely on 4G LTEHow did they fixed it ?
It turns out my SIM card is actually blocked. I'll try what you did.
