Hello! It seems like your iPhone X is stuck on the Apple logo and showing the support.apple.com/iphone/restore message after it was dropped from a height of around 12 inches. This issue can be resolved by reinstalling the iOS system on your device.

To reinstall the iOS on your iPhone X, you will need to use a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed. Here are the steps you can follow to restore your iPhone X:

1. Connect your iPhone X to the computer using a USB cable.
2. Open iTunes on the computer. If you are using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, open Finder.
3. In iTunes or Finder, locate your iPhone X. It should appear as a device icon.
4. Click on the device icon and select "Restore iPhone."
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the restoration process.

Please note that restoring your iPhone X will erase all data on the device, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding with the restore.

If you encounter any issues during the restore process or if you are unable to find the necessary software, feel free to ask for further assistance. Good luck with resolving the issue with your iPhone X!
