The fifth section is about community, thinking about what love looks like in a community and how to build a healthy community. The sixth section is all about romantic love and how to build a stronger bond with your partner. The seventh section is about loving your enemies and letting go of old hurts and grudges. By the end of this course you will be equipped with 7 breathwork techniques, ways to love in every situation.
