Hello po sa mga IT professionals dyan. Sana matulungan po ninyo ako.
I have files stored in Documents in Drive C tas nilipat ko sa Drive D last month.

System Restore ganon.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your files. It can be frustrating to lose important data unexpectedly. Let me try to help you with your concern.

When you moved your files from Drive C to Drive D, it's possible that something went wrong during the transfer process, leading to the files not being fully copied over. Based on your description, it seems like the files were visible initially but have now disappeared. It's good that you tried using recovery apps to retrieve the files, but it's unfortunate that you're unable to play or view them after recovery.

Regarding your question about using System Restore to revert to the state from last month when the files were still accessible, System Restore typically affects system files and settings rather than personal files like documents, music, or pictures. Therefore, using System Restore may not help recover your missing files.

In this situation, I recommend trying the following steps to potentially recover your lost files:

1. Check Recycle Bin: Sometimes, files can be accidentally moved to the Recycle Bin instead of being permanently deleted. Check the Recycle Bin on both Drive C and Drive D to see if your files are there.

2. Use Data Recovery Software: If you haven't already, you can try using reputable data recovery software such as Recuva, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, or MiniTool Power Data Recovery. These tools can help recover lost or deleted files from your drives.

3. Check Previous Versions: Right-click on the folder where your files were stored on Drive D, select "Properties," and then go to the "Previous Versions" tab. You might find a previous version of the folder that contains your missing files.

4. Backup Solutions: Going forward, consider setting up a reliable backup solution to prevent data loss in the future. This can include regular backups to an external drive or cloud storage.

If none of these methods work, it's possible that the files may have been permanently lost due to an issue during the transfer process. Remember to always double-check your files before deleting them, and consider creating backups to avoid such situations in the future.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
