Inerase ko po yung main drive ng Mac ko, and then I tried "Reinstall OS" from the Recovery Mode, ang sabi "An error occured, failed to ..." nasa baba po ang image.

Tinry ko na rin po yung bootable USB, pero hindi po lumilitaw yung USB sa Startup Manager.
