haha magkaiba ang exclusive economic zone at territorial seas bossing, inaakala ng mga tao na EEZ is territory, no wonder nasa corner lang ang WPS compared sa SCS kasi EEZ lang yung kini-claim natin while China claims it a territorial sea and not EEZ
hehe i don't get your point bossing. I didn't mention about territory. Totoong magkaiba nga ang territorial seas sa exclusive economic zone. Ang sinabi ko lang naman ay part ng EEZ ang WPS, which if 'true' and objective, and that distinction does not weaken the PH sovereign rights over the WPS.
Yung territorial sea means 12 nautical miles from a country's baseline whereas yung EEZ ay up to 200 nautical miles, so part talaga ng EEZ yung WPS. Hindi ko magets bakit ka nabubutthurt about territorial seas.
pero kung yung point mo lang ay ipagpilitan yung pro-China mentality mo, well, i beg to disagree nasa sayo na yan bossing hehe
basta yung tribunal na mismo nong 2016 na under UNCLOS nag rule out sa claim ng China. Pakibackread mo nalang yung history natin about maritime entitlements.
Geography and distance, not map positioning, determine EEZ and territorial claims under UNCLOS. The PH claim is rooted in international law. China's claim is rooted in unilateral historical narrative.

actually our mentalities don't matter, the fact na nasa corner lang yung WPS already speaks it all, no need na tayo magtalo pa, it will no longer change anything in the map
