
The story takes place in a cold, snowy town in Japan, where teacher Chum, a clever and unconventional woman, is responsible for leading a group of rebellious and delinquent students. The group, which includes Jeb, an aggressive but talented boy, and several other teenagers, have been expelled from school for their misbehavior and must now participate in a local snow sculpture contest as punishment. Chum, who has her own plans, uses this opportunity to both bring the children to their senses and achieve her own personal goal: winning the grand prize of the contest. At first, the students start out reluctantly and unorganized, constantly clashing with Chum.But over time, Chum manages to encourage them to work as a team with her unconventional methods, from humor to creative punishments. Initially resistant, Jeb slowly reveals his talent for creating snow sculptures and becomes the backbone of the team. Along the way, secrets from Chom’s past and his true motivation for entering the competition are revealed. It is revealed that he wants to change his life with the prize of the competition. On the day of the competition, the team faces weather challenges and fierce competition, but their newfound unity leads them to an unexpected end.
