Hello! If you're having trouble viewing the albums on your cellphone from your laptop, here are a few steps you can try:

1. Check Connection: Make sure that your phone is properly connected to your laptop. You can do this by checking if your phone is showing up as a connected device in your laptop's file explorer.

2. File Transfer Mode: Sometimes, phones default to charging mode when connected to a laptop. Ensure that your phone is set to file transfer mode (MTP) so that your laptop can access the files on your phone.

3. Navigate to the Right Folder: If you've checked the DCIM folder but couldn't find your albums, try looking in other folders on your phone. Albums might be stored in different locations depending on...

4. Use Phone Management Software: Consider using phone management software like Samsung Smart Switch, Mi PC Suite, or any other software provided by your phone's manufacturer. These tools can help you view and manage your phone's content on your laptop easily.

5. Third-Party Apps: If you're still having trouble, you can also try using third-party apps like AirDroid, Pushbullet, or Join to wirelessly transfer and view your phone's albums on your laptop.

Give these steps a try, and hopefully, you'll be able to view your cellphone albums on your laptop. Let me know if you need more help!
