No luck as its needed to use the WIFI hotspot logging method, i don't have access to a Samsung TV, you can cheat the region by resetting the tv and have it see a vpn from a particular country when it sets up. Then turn off the vpn. The channel list of that coutnry will remain loaded. Though some channel might be geoblocked.
But for logging the channels partial urls can be logged using the wifi hotspot method. If you have partial loggings since they are https...after that you can compare with other loggings, some you can brute force or guess using script or other methods. I don't think Blast TV Tap Sports etc are using the usual amagi or wurl type urls. Its also likely they may be using MPD with some drm.

From Blast TV it's tokenized m3u8, so it's possible that the same method is used, if you can provide instructions using mobile phone, I'll be able to check next week
