you also can't assume the other way bossing (na may murdering order nga), but between sa dalawa ay yung "walang murdering" ang may document, at saka hindi rin naging hatol ng court na murder of kian was ordered, it simply declared deliberate murder by the assigned police officers
Tama ka nga, but what drives them to confidently do that kind of act? Ofcourse it's the drug war campaign, because they think that they can hide their true intentions by just planting some drugs or claiming it was self defense. It would be even worse if they did it for the reward.
