My printer keeps blinking, need help

My Epson printer L3210 keeps blinking both power, ink and paper indicator.
I can still print but I can't use the photo copy and scanner.
I've already done the resetting but still keep blinking.
What should I do.
Please Help me guys.

Check your Scanner Head if moving pag nag photocopy po kayo. If not, stuck po ang scanner head.
