❓ Help Alternative for Spot Welding ng battery

Hello guys! may mga 18650 kasi ako na battery galing sa mga laptop battery, plano ko gawing 12v battery pack (3S7P), may nabibili naman sa shopee na kit, may housing na, may nickel strip, at bms, ang problema ko lang is pang spot welding, masyadong mahal bumili ng pang spot welding tapos bihira, if not this time ko lang gagamitin, sayang lang.

Ano kaya alternative na pang spot welding?

problema kasi pag soldering iron is iinit din yung battery, kung hindi man pumutok, it will damage the battery decreasing its capacity and efficiency.
Well, wala rin naman ibang option sa spot welding aside from spot welding itself at stud welding. Which will cost you. Your choice.

Kung ayaw mo madamage yung batt mo habang nag solder liha muna both end tapos flux.

may paraan 'yan. you do need a good soldering iron. pag masyado mahina kasi, ang tendency eh nakababad 'yung tip sa battery bago pa matunaw ang solder.

btw, what charger/conditioner do you use to check the cells? i'm sure you know na kailangan i-match 'yung gagawing mong pack.

You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.

yup, all matched naman sa 3.7V lahat pagkabili ko, (siguro expected na din ni seller na gagawing battery pack kaya same ratings lahat), and naglagay ako ng bms para hindi ma drain ng husto at iwas din ma overcharge, naka connect din sa Solar Charge Controller, 100W Solar Panel, solid naman mag harvest, nakaka full charge ako per day (6hrs peak sun).

that's a good start. ok naman kung brand new cells from a reputable dealer/seller. pero pag naka-series, i make it a point to check the individual cells for their actual capacity with a You do not have permission to view the full content of this post.
