PHLOOK: Former President Rodrigo Duterte is set to appear before the International Criminal Court (ICC) for an initial appearance at 2PM CET (9PM MNL) today, March 14, 2025
The proceedings will be led by Presiding Judge Iulia Antoanella Motoc along with Judge Reine Adélaïde Sophie Alapini-Gansou, and Judge María del Socorro Flores Liera.
During the initial appearance, the jurists will verify his identity, inform him of the charges, and outline his rights under the ICC Rome Statute.
