Salamat dito papi, ilang gb pina upgrade mo paps?

To efficiently run AutoCAD MEP and Revit software, it's essential to ensure that your laptop meets the recommended hardware specifications. Here's a breakdown of the necessary upgrades based on the current specs you provided:

### Storage Upgrade
1. Current Storage: 117GB is quite limited, especially for heavy software like AutoCAD and Revit. You'll need more space for the software and your projects.
2. Options: Upgrading to at least a 512GB or 1TB SSD is advisable. SSDs offer faster read/write speeds, which can significantly improve performance.
- SATA SSD: If your laptop uses a SATA connection, a 2.5-inch SATA SSD (such as the Samsung 860 EVO) would be a suitable upgrade.
- NVMe SSD: For laptops with an M.2 slot, consider an NVMe SSD (like the Samsung 970 EVO Plus) for even faster performance.

### RAM Upgrade
1. Current RAM: 8GB of RAM might not be sufficient for running AutoCAD MEP and Revit smoothly, especially when dealing with complex models.
2. Recommended RAM: Upgrading to 16GB or even 32GB would be beneficial, depending on your laptop's capacity and the complexity of your tasks.
- DDR4 RAM: Ensure compatibility with your laptop's RAM type (e.g., DDR4) and purchase a compatible module with a suitable speed (e.g., 2400MHz or 2666MHz).

### Compatibility Considerations
  • Laptop Model: To provide specific advice on compatibility, knowing your laptop model would be helpful. This information can determine the type of storage interface and RAM your laptop supports.
  • Physical Space: Ensure there is room for additional RAM or a larger SSD in your laptop.

### Resources and Product Links
  • User Manuals: Check your laptop's manual for detailed instructions on upgrading components.
