base sa mga nababasa ko lang to ha, if officer or official yung rank na applyan mo need ata csc prof 85 passing rate, if personel lang no need eligibility

Non-officer still need CSC passer, prof or non-prof if board passer goods ka na. KUNG wala ka naman ng mga yan NCII (TESDA) will be your last choice to have at least. Yan kasi new requirement since 2023 nung massive recruitment nila. Tinanggal nila yung 72 units e
