Converge Troubleshoot Red PON and Blinking PON

CONVERGE TROUBLESHOOT
1. Red PON
* Outage Converge Network
* Not Properly Connected on NAP Box
* Cut on Fiber Cable
2. Blinking PON
1. Temporary Fix:
* Turn Off the Modem then Turn On (To automatically register the OLT )
* Hard Reset by Pressing the Reset button for 10 seconds and wait for 1 hour (To automatically register the OLT)
* Tip: To know that it reset the modem it will turn off then in GUI it will Re-setup the Wifi
2. Scan to Diagnose
* Check if OLT Authentication Failed
* Need to Register the ONT with the OLT
* Check the Service Provision Status if OLT is registered
3. Converge Modem Reconnect then Disconnect
* Check the Optical Information (RX Optical Power) in GUI
* Disconnected:
* -30.97 to -31.55 dBm and Above
* Connected:
* -30.46 to -19.00 dBm and Below
* Recommended:
* -20.00 dBm Below
* Causes:
* Fiber Optic-Cable ONU connection is not properly connected
* Fix: Request a Power Tool to fix the connection of Fiber Optic-Cable ONU
