Good eve guys.

Pa help po ako sa mga technician or marunong mag ayos mg android phone.

My android phone is vivo v25e
Ang problem ko po kasi is yung amoled screen turning into yellow. Kapag naka white background at full brightness

Salamat
Any suggestions po? Salamat sa sasagot.

Hello! Based on the issue you described with your Vivo V25e's AMOLED screen turning yellow when on a white background at full brightness, but being okay at low brightness, it seems like there may be some water damage affecting the display.

You mentioned that you accidentally got your phone wet, even though you immediately wiped it dry. Water damage can sometimes lead to issues with the screen's color accuracy and brightness. It's good that you tried drying your phone in uncooked rice for a few days, as this can help absorb any remaining moisture.

Since the color issue seems to improve when the phone is dried and used at lower brightness levels, it's possible that there is still some residual moisture affecting the display when it's at higher brightness levels.

Here are some suggestions you can try:
1. Professional Repair: If the issue persists, it might be best to bring your phone to a professional technician or a Vivo service center for a thorough inspection and potential repair.

2. Display Settings: In the meantime, you can adjust the display settings on your phone to lower the brightness or use a darker theme to minimize the impact of the color issue.

3. Avoid Water Exposure: To prevent further damage, be extra cautious and avoid exposing your phone to water or moisture.

4. Monitor the Situation: Keep an eye on the screen's color accuracy over time to see if it continues to improve or worsen. This can help you determine if the issue is resolving itself or if further action is needed.

I hope these suggestions help, and I recommend seeking professional assistance if the problem persists. Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
