❓ Help Resign na ba or pa 2 years pa

As the title says mga paps, need ko advice or thoughts niyo kasi naguguluhan na ako ngayon. I am currently 1 year and 8 months sa company and plano ko mag move out or find some WFH opportunities, now di ko alam kung should i quit na ba or stay muna pa 2 years. Nagiging stagnant na kasi skills ko and career growth is nowhere to be found sa current company ko. What do you think?
