ott navigator pa rin tsaka minsan kay ky ginagamit ko pero meron sakin playlist kasi gusto ko both mpd and m3u8 and website files

Follow the instructions from OP, and use something like OTT Navigator or Tivimate on Android TV is probably the easiest.
