Hello, I need opinions regarding my phone's problem. To give you guys an idea of what happened, here's the story...

My phone is Realme 10, bought it a week after it's official release and been using it like, a normal person using a phone everyday. Then, I had it pawned few times, 1 month long lang always but this last one took 3 months or 4 I forgot before ko natubos. And when I wake up my precious Cinderella, aywan ko kung lalo ba lumabo mata ko o talagang wala ako makita so I try hard find the reason why but all settings related to screen or display, maxed already, even updated the OS pero gnun parin e

Pinacheck ko sa tech dito sa may amin and he said LCD problem, 1500 pesos to fix it (and the guy is infamous for being taga sa presyo) so ayoko maniwala. Then I asked a brother of mine (frat) who is a tech slash buy and sell dn ng gadgets and said the same thing kaso ayoko lng ulit maniwala kaya kayo tatanungin ko, ano kaya problema nito?

Based on the information you provided, it seems like your Realme 10 phone is experiencing display issues after being pawned for an extended period. The symptoms you described, such as a blurry or unclear display despite adjusting settings and updating the operating system, could indeed point to a hardware problem, specifically with the LCD screen.

When two different technicians, one of whom is known for potentially overcharging, both suggest that the issue lies with the LCD and quote a repair cost of 1500 pesos, it's understandable to feel hesitant about accepting their diagnosis. However, the consistency in their assessment raises the likelihood that the problem does indeed stem from the LCD screen.

Given the circumstances, it's advisable to consider the following:

1. Seek a Second Opinion: While it's natural to be cautious, obtaining a second opinion from a reputable technician or an authorized Realme service center can help confirm the diagnosis and provide you with more confidence in the assessment.

2. Check Warranty Status: If your Realme 10 is still under warranty, it's worth exploring whether the display issue is covered for repair or replacement by the manufacturer.

3. Compare Repair Costs: You can inquire with multiple repair shops or service centers to compare the cost of fixing the LCD issue. This can help you determine if the initial quote of 1500 pesos is reasonable or if there are more cost-effective options available.

4. Consider DIY Troubleshooting: If you're comfortable with DIY repairs, you could research online tutorials or guides to see if there are any potential fixes you can attempt yourself before resorting to professional repair services.

Ultimately, while it's natural to have reservations about accepting the diagnosis provided by the technicians, it's essential to weigh the information you've gathered and consider the best course of action for resolving the display problem with your Realme 10 phone.
