idi-declare kasi doon sa COE na walang derogatory record yung employee kaya need talaga mga clearances for both the company and the agency mismo
Nakakapag taka nga bakit kailangan pa nila pahirapan yung employee nila samantalang all goods naman na sya
 
hingan niya lang ng timeline si agency para maging committed sa process, if ayaw then pwede yan gawing grounds for DOLE intervention
Nakuha na ng kuya ko paps binigyan daw sya ng letter galing sa new company nya pra mapabilis releasing ng coe
