so I want to ask if I am blocked or something.. I do not want my funds to be frozen lol pinapaccess kasi ako ng boss ko sa paypal nya which is u.s based gamit ang vpn but may authority naman ako from him. simula nun may lumalabas na na " cannot access paypal from this server. i cannot access paypal from ipad and my computer. ano po ba yung solusyon dito???? pls help! using globe at the moment. . pls respect post.
