If WPS does exist, then it must be in the official lists of seas and oceans of the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) , the international organisation established by different countries to create the hydrographic and nautical charting international standard. The Philippines is a member of the IHO. For your reference, here's the standard on hydrographic and nautical charting internationally recognized.
