PHSUSPECT ‘HIGH ON DRUGS’ EXPOSES HIMSELF TO HIS MOTHER IN CEBU CITY NABBED
LOOK: A 35-year-old man was arrested by barangay tanods of Mambaling in Cebu City after his 64-year-old mother complained to the barangay that her son exposed himself to her and then allegedly played with himself in front of her.
During an interview with CDN Digital with policemen present and listening to the interview at the Mambaling Police Station detention cell today, February 12, the suspect claimed that he was allegedly using îllégâl drugs, particularly shabu, at that time. The alleged incident happened at past 6 p.m. on February 11, in the suspect and victim’s house. Police are readying unjust vexation charges against the suspect. |
