Engineer pero mas malaki pa ang sahod ng HR

Nabuksan ko yung account ng HR na co-worker ko via default password. Laking gulat ko talaga nang makita ko ang sahod niya. Mas mataas ng 10k sakin.

Electrical Engineer ako at nasa frontline talaga ng company. Hindi tatakbo ang industrial plant namin kung wala ang position ko.

Hindi ko talaga maintindihan. Pareho lang naman ang edad namin at sabay kaming nag umpisa sa company.

Nanlulumo ako. Simula nong nalaman ko yung sahod niya, parang nadepress ako. My whole career was a lie. Ang sarap magsuicide tapos ilalagay ko sa suicide letter ko itong reason na ito.
 
Kung ikaw yung frontline its time na mag demand ka nang increase nang sahod, Mag start kana maghanap nang ibang company na ma-provide yung sahod na gusto mo then pag nakahanap kana iba work mag file ka resignation then for sure bigyan ka nyan nang offer nang present company mo.

Sana lang hindi ka na detect or hindi malaman yang ginawa mo,.

Alam mo ba na nasa professional ethics ng engineer ang wag mangialam ng sahod ng co-worker, confidential yan sa lahat ng employees. And if feeling mo mababa sahod mo well baka mahina ka sa negotiation, dapat sa job offer palang at nag discuss ng sahod nyo nag demand ka ng mas mataas. Anyway if di mo na kaya sikmurain apply ka nalang sa ibang company tapos next JO mo mag demand ka ng mas mataas na sahod compared sa old sahod mo

There's no way na malalaman nila. Wala namang malicious na ginawa sa account niya. And if worse case, malaman nila, so what? I'm a lost cause already. I dont care if I go to jail or be exiled to Mars.
 
Why don't you approach your manager or supervisor. Sabihin mo nalaman mo mas malaki ng 10k sahod ng HR na same time kayo pumasok. Wag mo nalang disclose details pano mo nalaman. Be straightforward and honest sa kanya. Pero timplahin mo din. Kasi sa manager ko, ok sa kanya ganyang usapan. Considerate at understanding naman sya. Baka sa iba, nde ganun.
 
kaya ako, pag late na ako, hindi na ako nagmamadali.. gaun din kaso, late ka pa rin.. Ginagawa ko kumakain pa ako sa 7-11 bago pumasok pag late na eh.
 
Hello, I've been an HR Specialist for over 8 years na. Currently earning 6 digits sa isang multi-national company - may mga companies kasi talaga na priority nila ang HR (especially for tech companies, mas malaki ang sahod for HR). Pero syempre may bearing din dito yung experience and positiion level mo - pero as you said nga, "sabay" kayo.

Just to state no, hindi mostly HR ang nag d-decide ng sweldo ng isang empleyado, majority of that decision comes from upper management na, best to consult your supervisor for this, or if ikaw yung 'visor, yung immediate head mo.

Wag na wag mong ikukumpara yung position mo sa position ng iba, kasi iba kayo ng job description and responsibilites. Ang best na pwede mong approach is i-research mo yung current na market rate for your position, and then sabihin mo yung mga tasks mo, ikaw na nagsabi na hindi tatakbo yung planta kapag wala ka, gawin mong leverage yan.

Pero then again, ang best option talaga and proven and tested na to is to look for another job banking on your experience na. Mas madali tumaas ang sweldo kapag lumipat ka kesa mag stay ka sa isang kumpanya for God knows how long. Loyalty ≠ Bigger Salary
