Hello! It seems like you're having trouble with your WiFi connection despite having signal and load. The message "Connected to device. Can't provide internet" is a common issue that can occur due to various reasons. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

1. Check Internet Connection: Make sure that your internet service provider (ISP) is not experiencing any outages in your area. You can contact them to verify if there are any issues on their end.

2. Reposition the Router: Sometimes, the location of the router can affect the signal strength and connectivity. Try moving the router to a central location in your home to improve coverage.

3. Check Network Settings: Ensure that the WiFi network settings on your devices are configured correctly. Check if the devices are using the correct network name (SSID) and password.

4. Update Firmware: Make sure that your router's firmware is up to date. Check the manufacturer's website for any available updates and follow the instructions to install them.

5. Reset Network Settings on Devices: Try forgetting the WiFi network on your devices and reconnecting to it. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

6. Disable Security Software: Temporary disable any security software on your devices to see if they are blocking the internet connection.

7. Factory Reset the Router: If all else fails, you can perform a factory reset on your router. Be sure to note down your network settings before resetting as you will need to reconfigure them.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, it may be helpful to contact your ISP for further assistance or consider consulting a professional to troubleshoot the problem. Let me know if you need further assistance or have any other questions!
