Point taken but this kind of scheme seems to me a diversionary tactics being played to fool us far away from the real current issues what our country is facing. Matagal nang mahina ang batas ng Pilipinas patungkol sa Espionage at National Security.
Hindi updated mataggal na hindi binigyan pansin dahil sa internal conflict, economics and lokal politics. Hindi makabili ng bagong gamit pang-militar. Napabayaan at hanggang sa humina ang militar.
At matagal na nag-rely kay angkol Sam sa external security, economy at donasyon. Nag-pokus sa internal security kahit na nang umalis(pinalayas) ang mga kano.

Pinagtatalunan at hindi magkasundo kung paano i-interpret at paano i-implement ang batas.
Isinantabi ang issue tungkol sa Mischief Reef(pinansin pero walang magawa) hanggang sa nag-expand at nag-upgrade na ang China.

Ngayon lang naghahabol patungkol sa national security(external threats) ang Pilipinas.
