Bale po kakabili ko lang ng 2nd hand na honda jazz 2009
then 3 days kong dinrive before i PMS

Sayang naman, it sounds frustrating. Based on what you described, here are a few things that could be causing the issue:

1.

  • Fuel Pump or Fuel Filter: If the fuel pump or filter is clogged or malfunctioning, the engine might crank but won’t start. It could also be a fuel pressure issue.
  • Solution: Check if the fuel pump is working properly. You might need to inspect the fuel filter and pump.

2.

  • Spark Plugs or Ignition Coil: Sometimes the ignition system components can fail or get disconnected. A faulty spark plug or ignition coil can cause the engine to crank but not start.
  • Solution: Inspect the spark plugs and ignition coil for damage or wear.

3.

  • Weak Battery or Charging Issues: A weak or undercharged battery might be able to crank the engine, but not provide enough power to start the car properly. Similarly, a failing alternator might not charge the battery enough.
  • Solution: Check the battery voltage and the alternator to make sure they are functioning correctly.

4.

  • Sensor Issue: Sometimes, sensors like the crankshaft or camshaft position sensors fail, preventing the engine from starting even though the car is cranking.
  • Solution: Although the scanner might not pick up the issue, it’s still worth checking these sensors.

5.

  • Starter Relay or Motor Malfunction: If the starter motor or relay is not working properly, it could cause intermittent cranking but no starting.
  • Solution: Have the starter motor and its relay checked to rule out these components.

6.

  • ECU Malfunction: The ECU could have a malfunction, particularly if the scanner didn’t detect any error codes. This could cause the engine to crank without starting.
  • Solution: If the above solutions don't work, it might be a more complex electrical or ECU issue that needs deeper diagnostics.

7.

  • Loose or Corroded Wires: If there’s a loose or corroded wire, particularly after the PMS, it might cause intermittent power delivery to key components.
  • Solution: Inspect the grounding and electrical connections around the engine, especially those connected to the ignition and fuel systems.

Next Steps:

  • Double-check any work done during the PMS to make sure no wires were accidentally loosened or disconnected.
  • Since the scanner didn’t show any issues, it could be worth looking at these more mechanical aspects of the engine (fuel, spark, etc.).
  • If the issue persists, I’d recommend bringing it to a shop that specializes in Honda or has experience with these kinds of issues, as they might be able to do a more thorough diagnostic.
