Risa Hontiveros is an absolute LIAR when it comes to the Ratio Legis - or the purpose of the law.

Notice how she keeps on saying that there are "no provisions in the bill" that includes the word masturb@tion or experimenting with different sexualities, and all the things that the original petition called out.

That is not the problem.

The problem (at least for her now) is how people are catching up to her schemes -

1... They pass a bill - seemingly safe with good intentions

2... The bill in itself does not have provisions and mechanisms yet

3... Once the bill passes, they will use the references attached and cited in the bill, as a working guideline to implement it.

Hence they actually won't put everything yet into the bill - they make it as safe and as pleasing as possible.

But when it comes to the implementing rules and regulations - all hell breaks loose, they have no other choice but to follow "international standards", the same standards they used as references, the same standards they denied to be not part of the bill.

It's a good thing that the President has decidedly cut this "woke" and "abhorrent" (his words) bill long before it can take root.

Risa has barely above average level semantics, but she should know that the people she looks down on as stupid are catching up.

Those other social bills she passed and trying to pass?
All the same.

Never trust a single one of them. They're like a virus trying to penetrate the body undetected, the next thing you'll know, you're sick and dying.
