In an interview posted on social media Saturday, Ungab said that certain budget items for the Department of Agriculture (DA) and unprogrammed appropriations were missing amounts. He emphasized that these gaps couldn’t be attributed to typographical or printing errors. “These are not just ordinary figures; these are billions of pesos… There are many pages like this… This means there is a discrepancy, so how did this discrepancy happen?” said Ungab, a former chair of the House Appropriations Committee.

Kaya nya ito alam kase gawain nila yan noon panahon nila. It would be better if we could check this report to DBM rather than sourcing it to President of Fake News.
Kung may receipt why not ipakita ni weak leader hindi yung magsasalit na nga lang ng kabangagan hindi pa tutugma...Issue BiCam not GAA🤣

haha again you are twisting information, yung nasa DBM ay GAA at hindi report, stop spreading twisted information here in forum

General Appropriations Act (GAA) is the law, Bicam Report is the evidence on how the GAA was made, if may blanks ang napirmahan ng mga Senators and Congressman at the end of the Bicam (at yun din mismo yung nailagay nila sa file ng Senate and HoR after Bicam, which was secured by a UNTV reporter as well, and was confirmed as well by Cong Raul) then anyone can now put any amount in the blanks on that signed Bicam Report without any justification (kasi pirmado na eh ng Senate at HOR), that final Bicam Report without no more blanks will now become GAA and will be presented to the President (which will be uploaded to DBM after his signature)

The issue being raised by the Cong Ungab and the former President is the Bicam Report and not the GAA (or the one uploaded in DBM). Even some reporters from some news agency were confused on the difference and relevance of these two things. Based from their interview with the President they were asking for the GAA and not the Bicam Report. In fact the President should not become a part of this scrutiny as it is out of his hands if the one presented to him does not have any blanks.
