It's not just a rank, as the day's go by you will learn lot's of things and enhance your knowledge about freenet.
In order to do that you must removed those restriction by staying active on the forum and achieve much higher rank.
Participate on creating a thread or post , message even likes.

As you have quoted only the staff members are capable to respond to the secured thread then it is considered a rank but with much higher authority and to become a member of the staff you must apply for it ,you must pass there qualification, if not mistaken there are six and also you must earn the trust and be loyal to this forum.
In my understanding staff members are still rank

Yung punto nya tinotokoy ko kasi gusto nya malaman kung anong meron nito https://phcorner.org/help/forum-ranks then sinabi mo yun kaya sinabi ko na kahit alin dyan wala talaga only staff members.
At alam kong still its a rank ang pagiging spt at mod pero nagets mo naman siguro point ko diba?
