According to OCTA Research's 2024 4th Quarter Tugon ng Masa survey, Duterte's trust rating fell to 49%, down from 59% in the 3rd Quarter of 2024. Similarly, her performance rating dropped to 48% from 52%.
“This marks the first time that both the trust and performance ratings of the Vice President have fallen below the majority threshold," the study noted.
Most of those who distrust Duterte and are dissatisfied with her are from the NCR, while Mindanao remains her stronghold, recording the highest trust and satisfaction ratings.
Meanwhile, President Marcos experienced a slight decline in his ratings. His trust rating dipped to 65% from 69% in the previous quarter, while his performance rating dropped to 64% from 66%.
Marcos’ highest trust and performance ratings were recorded in Balance Luzon, while Mindanao showed the highest levels of distrust and dissatisfaction.
