di mo ata nabasa ang unang pahayag ng NSC, this letter is supposedly reply sa naunang pahayag ng NSC, kaya siya nag request ng pagkakataon dahil yun sa claim ng NSC, wala naman claim ang NBI about her na need pa siya mag explain, si NSC yung may claim kaya doon siya humingi ng pagkakataon, sabihan mo ako if tamad ka mag hanap sa naunang pahayag ng NSC at bibigyan kita
