Ano kaya magandang gawin? We are planning to file a case sana for this magkano lang naman yung freebies dipa niya mabigay.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the agents from Mitsubishi regarding the promised freebies for your car purchase. It seems like there has been a lack of transparency and professionalism in handling the situation. Here are some steps you can consider taking to address this issue:

1. Document Everything: Make sure you have documentation of all your interactions with the agents, including any messages, emails, or agreements regarding the freebies promised to you.

2. Communicate Clearly: Continue to reach out to the agents involved, E×ρréššing your concerns and the importance of receiving the promised freebies. Be polite but firm in your communication.

3. Request a Resolution: Clearly state your expectations and request a timeline for when the freebies will be provided. Make it clear that you are willing to escalate the matter if necessary.

4. Seek Assistance: If the agents continue to ignore your requests, you may consider reaching out to Mitsubishi's customer service or higher management to seek assistance in resolving the issue.

5. Consider Legal Action: If all attempts to resolve the matter directly with the agents and Mitsubishi are unsuccessful, you may consider seeking legal advice on how to proceed with filing a case for breach of contract or consumer rights violation.

Remember to stay persistent in your efforts to resolve the situation and don't hesitate to assert your rights as a consumer. It's important to stand up for what you were promised and ensure that you receive the benefits you are entitled to as a customer.
