❓ Help I accidentally switch Partition in Twrp then after that always Rebooting can't go Recovery

guys, help me im stock here always on and off,
the reason is i tried to click the Partition A instead B,
My twrp recovery installed in Partition B.

so I think Partition dont have Recovery that's the reason always on and off? . ,
Anybody know how to fix this?
like switched to Partition B again ?

Wala na ba pag asa mag switch uli ? or need na talaga to i flash to via spflash tool?

nag try ako i flashtool kaso ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL.
