❓ Help S2S accidentally reset the modem (EG8145V5)

Anyone can help to regain our internet connection? Hindi nadisclose ng agent/technician sa parents namin na hindi pwede ireset ang modem, sabi ng parents namin laging full 6devices ang connected sa wifi even if 2 phones nila and TV ang connected lang and minsan sila pa ang hindi makaconnect. I’ve tried to reset and change password then ayun na no internet connection na.
-Wala ng kibo ang agent, text and call hindi sumasagot.

Select the first option sa 4 na choices about OLT. Remember pinaka FIRST !


after setup click return to home page then go to
ADVANCE SETTINGS > WAN > NEW CONNECTION


then find VLAN ID and just input


1338



Then click APPLY

after that check TR069 then scrolldown then uncheck enable WAN
