Rooted kaba? Kung Rooted go to IP Hunter type in (10.)

It means po di active yung 'Local IP' na nabigay ng Network sayo. Makikita din dyan yung 'Local IP' sa 'Log Tab' bandang taas.

Turn off your data or and turn it on again para mag change po ang designated IP na bibigay sayo ng network. Its called 'CDC trick' (CDC means Connect~Disconnect~Connect). Then 'START', try lang po ng try until maka hanap ka ng compatible IP sa area mo.

You can also use po yung 'IP Hunter' located naman sa 'Tools Tab' para mag auto search sya ng working Local IP sa lugar nyo. Pwede sa rooted and non-rooted phone with a little bit of hassle sa non-root method.

It should look like this if you finally found a stable IP with the Key Logo, Injector and the Cloud in your Notification Bar.
