Hello! I'd be happy to help you with a build for your friend that includes triple monitors, with the main monitor being 144Hz. Here's a suggested build that should work well for a triple monitor setup:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- A powerful CPU that offers great performance for gaming and multitasking.

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
- A solid GPU that can handle gaming on a triple monitor setup, especially with the main monitor being 144Hz.

RAM: 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
- Sufficient memory for gaming and multitasking. You may consider upgrading to 32GB if needed.

Storage: 500GB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD
- The SSD for fast boot times and quick application loading, while the HDD provides ample storage space for games and files.

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming
- A reliable motherboard with good features and compatibility for future upgrades.

Power Supply: 650W 80+ Gold Certified
- Sufficient power for the components in this build, with some headroom for upgrades.

Monitors:
  • Main Monitor: 24" 144Hz 1080p monitor
  • Side Monitors: 24" 60Hz 1080p monitors (x2)

Additional Peripherals:
  • Keyboard and Mouse: Choose according to personal preference.
  • Speaker or Headset: Depending on audio needs.

Operating System: Windows 10/11 Home

This build should provide a good balance of performance and affordability for a triple monitor setup with a 144Hz main monitor. Feel free to adjust components based on budget and specific needs. Let me know if you need further assistance or have any other preferences!

any mid range will do..

Ryzen 7 5700X
Any good B550 or X570 board
32GB ram minimum
RTX 3080 or 4070 (make sure it has 3HDMI or 3DP for the 3 monitors)
A good PSU 800W and 3 monitors according to the GPU ports.

the rest is up to you.
